A transparent state of TPW

Hello everyone.
I believe in transparency in leadership, and feel that communication is a key factor to the success of a team, group, or organization. Sometimes being transparent is hard, especially when it means sharing news that people may not like. But, as a leader you often have to do what is hard. It is through uncomfortability that we grow.
Since Friday (1/21/22) there has been a lot happen with a lot of people. This has brought unneeded stress and drama to a game that is supposed to be just that, a game. Games are meant to be fun and an escape from the pressures of every-day life, not something where more stress and drama are added on.
Running an e-fed isn't an easy thing. A lot of time and effort goes into it, and honestly it is a thankless job. I didn't open TPW for people to praise me, or even thank me, I did it because I enjoy this game, I enjoy writing results, and mostly I enjoy booking and coming up with creative.
This stress and drama added on top of the demands have added up and Dre has decided to step away after Miami Vice. As I have stated previously TPW would be drastically different, and maybe not even still open without his help.
I have been mulling this over since Friday, as every time I'd look at something from Friday Night to Monday Night TPW related a new issue or complaint would arise, so I have become a little distant just to detach a bit to give myself a broader view of the situations and think.
With Dre leaving, my new work demands, and a few other things I do not see how TPW continues.
And no, I'm not putting this on Dre and you shouldn't either.
This is my call, and as stated earlier without him we probably wouldn't have made it this far.
We are going to continue through Miami Vice, but after that the future of TPW is up in the air. I wanted to be transparent and give everyone a heads up. If you don't feel like participating in a most likely lame-duck fed I understand and will harbor no hard feelings.
There is a possibility TPW may last after Miami Vice, but it is a very slim chance.
I want to thank you all for all the work and effort you have put into TPW. I wish you all the best of luck in this game and in life.
