On a scale of 1-10, how would you rate Fury: Which was the best match: What was the most exciting/fun point: What did you like the best about the show: What surprised you about the show: Best segment: Best commentary spot: Best wrestling spot: Negative thoughts: Personal comments: Suggestions:
Which was the best match: Manhattan Project vs. Gangsters of Christ was very well-written. It was lengthy but didn't drag and J Mont getting choked out was a pleasant surprise for the finish. Nothing personal, just didn't see that character getting got like that coming, haha.
What was the most exciting/fun point: I really enjoyed everything surrounding the main event. Critical Hit answering the open challenge was a genuine surprise and not seeing the RPs beforehand made the outcome hit even harder. Congratulations to Larry Tact on the big win.
What did you like the best about the show: The unpredictable nature of the event. From my tournament bracket getting busted twice to the open challenge result. It made me feel like I was watching the good stuff from the late 90s/early '00s.
What surprised you about the show: I was genuinely taken aback when I saw the Gangsters of Christ go over the Manhattan Project. I don't know any of the handlers involved beyond their reputations and have only read their work for the tournament, so that's all I really have to go on. But based on the reputations involved, I was super shocked and a little excited to see the Gangsters get the win.
Best segment: Terry Marshall's interaction with Peter Vaughn: "OF COURSE YOU AREN'T HERE, YOU COWARD!" Terry Marshall continues to be a bright spot on the show for me and I still wonder how much of that is the writing versus me applying Hogan's charisma and mannerisms to what's being said and laughing my ass off. Either way, it's a lot of fun.
Best commentary spot: "Her and Junko are as tough as Dollar Tree steaks." I popped.
Best wrestling spot: "Tristan and Mac whip Hector and Victor to the middle of the ring at the same time, but The Malvado Brothers reverse and send Mac and Tristan into each other. Mac and Tristan knock heads with each other, and both stagger back around to a Malvado Brother. Hector and Victor both catch their opponents with dual inside cradles. Dizzy Dan drops and makes the count." I love a good old school finish like this.
Negative thoughts: I don't have any negative thoughts in terms of the results or the fed itself. But I will say that it really sucks that the tournament has been marred by no shows. I don't think it'll be an issue from the semis onward because all four remaining teams seem solid and reliable, but just imagine how crazy this whole thing would've been if everyone showed. I'm sure everyone has their reasons but it would've been incredible if we could've had a full showing from start to finish. This place is a lot of fun, feels like a throwback to feds from many many years ago, and has a good, welcoming atmosphere. You can tell a lot of care goes into the results and the fed itself and it'd just be nice to see that same time and attention returned by outsiders who came in for the tournament. And I say that as an outsider who has been strongly considering coming on board full-time. I appreciate all you guys do on staff here and encourage you to keep up the great work.
Personal comments: I think I said pretty much everything personal above in the Negatives, haha.
Suggestions: I don't really have any suggestions to improve what's already going on here. The show is enjoyable and this episode in particular was fun and unpredictable which made it even better. Easily my favorite set of results since coming on board for the tournament.

On a scale of 1-10, how would you rate Fury: 9
Which was the best match: Hate to be bias, no I don't, Duos Championship match. That finish, chef's kiss .
What was the most exciting point: Seeing Aaron Warthog win a big match and earn himself a title shot.
What was the most fun point: Writing in the menace that is Coding Rhodes.
What did you like the best about the show: Aside from advancing in the S.E.X. Cup... hmm... Terry vs. Vaughn feud escalating...
What surprised you about the show: Chris Page losing his title first time out, haven't read the rps but kudos to Larry.
Best segment: TLS's.... Careless Whisper.... (Not sure if 999's video counts as a segment, but that was prime too).
Best commentary spot:
Markson: DID PACO JUST KNOCK OUT DEATH?
Hotcakes: That isn’t possible, nothing beats death. Death and Taxes are the only constants in this life.
Best wrestling spot:
Joe struggles to break free from the hold, even throwing his elbows back as Thaddeus jumps into the ring, racing over to attempt to break the hold, only for him to crash down to the mat when Gabriel, who had also raced into the ring, nails him with a clothesline. Keeping the hold wrenched in, Jethro's face begins to show signs of strain as Joe slowly but surely goes limp, his eyes rolling back into his head as the referee bends down, checking for a submission. Noticing that Joe is unresponsive as the hold continues to be locked in, they call for the bell.
Negative thoughts: Really long card... though I am glad people are getting involved and sending segments in but that was a heavy one to get through... lot of matches, some long, lots of segments, some really long... phew...
Personal comments: Great show overall, glad TPW has reached the level it is at and it will continue to grow. Let's keep the ball rollin'
Suggestions: Never do an 8 match card... ever... again... unless it's a PPV... lol
